Upon order dispatch, the delivery timeframe may vary based on your region. All prices are clearly displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Please bear in mind that holidays, natural disasters, or pandemics may affect delivery times, and we appreciate your understanding.

FOR PRE-ORDER OR BACK-ORDER ITEMS:
 

For Pre-Order or Back-Order Items:
When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and your selected shipping options. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may be visible on the shipping quotes page. If your order includes both pre-ordered or back-ordered items, we will ship any available items immediately and ship the remaining items as soon as they become available. So, if you order multiple items and receive only part of your order, rest assured that the other items will follow shortly.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping for orders above $150, providing you with added value. For orders below $150, a flat shipping charge of $12.50 applies. We strive to keep shipping costs reasonable to enhance your shopping experience with us.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Submission Process:

To initiate a Return or Exchange, please ensure that you submit your request via email. Our team will assist you promptly once we receive your email at info@evnizer.com

Return Authorization:

Please note that we require prior return authorization for all Returns and Exchanges. Without obtaining the necessary authorization, we won't be able to process your request.

Timeframe:

The item should be returned within 7 days from the date you receive the return authorization.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Condition of the Item: For a successful Return or Exchange, the item must be unused and in the exact condition as you received it.

  • Original Packaging: Ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging to protect it during the return transit.

Store Credit Option:

Some specific products may be eligible for Store Credit only in case of a return. Please review the product page for relevant details.

Shipping Charges:

Kindly note that the customer is responsible for covering the shipping charges associated with Returns and Exchanges. This includes both the return shipment and the delivery of any replacement item in case of an exchange.
